Dr Himanshu Pathak
I have been practicing as Yoga Psychotherapist for last 30 years for many physical diseases and mental – emotional – social- spiritual conditions.
Yoga philosophy believes in TOTAL HEALTH and teaches holistic approach to be happy and healthy. Yoga philosophy is one of the most ancient way of living, demonstrated by Maharshi Patanjali 5000 years ago.
I am also qualified level 2 TEAM – CBT trainer. TEAM – CBT therapy is highly effective Psychotherapy developed by Dr David Burns.
Yoga training along with TEAM – CBT provides the best result to clients and patients.

Yog Trust
Maharshi Patanjali Yog Trust was established in 2000 by me along with other trustees Mr. Bhalesh Mehta, Mr. R N Punia, Mr. Vijay Ghadge and Mrs. Hemina Pathak to educate society about the most relevent Yog Philosophy for living peacefully . One of the purpose of Trust is to help needy pepole in society.
Trust had organised series of lectures by prominent speakers from their field of expertise.
One eye camp was organised in rular area in Vansada , Valsad District to operate cataract surgery for more than seventy five patients.
Trust likes to publish various kind of literature on Yog philosophy.
